Do not buy from this location! I purchased a vehicle from them on JUNE 8th 2026 and they have not completed the necessary paperwork for registration. I have gone to their office and spoken to manager PIER (thats what he said his name was) many times and they always say the same thing that they completed it yet they dmv tells us they have not. Went back to request new temporary plates since the ones we have expired per the DMV and they refused

I was looking for a specific color/package in a Pathfinder. The only dealership in Southern California that had it was Nissan of Tustin. I called and was connected with a very friendly gentleman named Marco. He helped me all along the way and we ended up driving up from San Diego a few days later. The service was slow. It took them 15 minutes just to do my paperwork and I had an appointment. I waited for my car and was told it would be about 2 hours and it took 4 hours. I watched 2 different people come in and state that they had an appointment and were dropping the car off. I timed them both. The first one took 30 minutes of waiting in line and then an additional 15 minutes for the service tech to finish the paperwork. The second one took 20 minutes in line and 20 minutes with the tech. Slow service.
