I brought my 2006 Nissan Xterra in for catalytic converter replacement ahead of a required California smog inspection. Jeff in the service department made sure the parts were in stock and that the work could be completed without delays. The process was straightforward. I was provided with a loaner car so I could get to work, and the repair was completed the same day as promised. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, it was ready to go and had been washed. Overall, a smooth and well-coordinated service experience.

First of all, pretty sure they overcharged us for the lease but since it was our first time leasing, we weren't prepared. Even worse, they never did the transfer for the Nissan we traded in, so guess who got a ticket almost a year after the trade in! And now they want to help with the bare minimum to help clear this issue which is taking me too much time to try to resolve!
